I'm giving this a three because of the cost of a new screen being well over $200 and on top of that they charge a 4% credit card fee if you use a credit card. I did get the service done on time as expected. But if you're conscious about cost beware this may not be your cheapest option and a 4% credit card fee is absolutely ludicrous for the consumer.
Took $400 for a phone repair. Gave us the run around for it for 2 weeks. We requested cancellation because they still did not have the part and it was two weeks already and now they will not issue us a refund. We have been calling and visiting the store and being given the run around! We were told the owner is not available to talk. He can’t be bothered is what it sounded like! After about 15min of asking questions and trying to understand why it is taking so long to issue a refund (and the part is still not in) and talking about possibly filing a BBB complaint we were told they would let us know. Denna helped us today! I shattered my phone screen pretty bad while at 12oaks Mall and she got us a lower price compared to the other options around town, while she also fixed my phone screen within 10 minutes!! Great phone fixing service and great customer service!
I was on my motorcycle on the highway and my phone flew out so I posted it thinking that the phone would be done for then this dude messaged me saying it would be light work for him. I doubted him till I went in and seen how excited he was to have something other than jus a broken screen to be fixed. Very respectful and honest price’s. If you go anywhere go to this place to get your phone fixed
