I had Phoenix Roofing & Repair replace my roof a couple months ago and had a great experience with them. Lou helped me through most of the process and I really appreciated how much easier he made everything, especially going back and forth with insurance. That part was not fun and took some time, but Lou was always available to answer questions and help keep things moving. Once the job started, the crew came out and did a great job. They went above and beyond, even helping fix and rebuild part of the siding around my fireplace so the roof could be done properly. Quentin was there overseeing everything and stayed in communication throughout t... I had Phoenix Roofing & Repair replace my roof a couple months ago and had a great experience with them. Phoenix Roofing was very thorough and quick at the installation of my new roof. Isaac was very helpful at explaining what work needed to be done. He worked with me on a couple issues I had and resolved them to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone!
Our roofing journey started several years ago and included several local roofing companies. We are in Prescott Valley and this company from Phoenix came by our house. We were skeptical of course, them being from out of town and every other contractor telling us they didn’t want to deal with our insurance company. Phoenix Roofing & Repair went to bat for us in every way. They knew EXACTLY how to work with our incredibly difficult insurance company and were able to get us our new roof.
