Phoenix Restoration was such a blessing while helping us with our flooded basement! I am so grateful that I called them. Admittedly, I was at a loss about what to do or who to call. They came in, explained the process, and put us at ease. They helped us navigate the entire process. Luis and his team were so kind and helpful. We are beyond grateful for their service.

I have used Phoenix a few times over the past 10 years for various projects with great success. My need for them this past weekend compelled me to write this review.
On Sunday afternoon, Mother's Day, a large water line broke on the exterior of a large building, putting over 2' of water into a business that operates 24/7. These guys went above and beyond to perform at a very high level. I hope nobody ever has to go through this situation. If you do, CALL PHOENIX. Professional, knowledgeable and will hustle their butts off to do what needs done to get your business or home safe and clean.

I really appreciated the quick response time. Chase came out within 3 hours of being called (I know it was at least a 2 1/2 hour drive time to get here), so I'm very thankful for his prompt service. He got fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers going immediately, PLUS he worked with our maintenance technician on what we could do on our part to continue the restoration process. We also really appreciated the knowledge of job and product, as well as the great attitude of Phoenix technician, Chase. Thanks, again!

Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. They worked so hard to save my basement. Showed up when they said they would, worked hard and got it dried out in three days. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with workmen! 10 out of 10 recommend
