Some incredibility kind folks working here as they were patient and informative in any of the concerns I had with my broken iPhone. Reasonability priced too for the different issues that my water damaged phone and they did it pretty quick for the matter. Thank you guys.
Usually people give one star when they’re pissed off at something and it could be misleading, when really a business might deserve like two or three stars; But I have to say , this only deserves one star. The owner has not written me back. This shop fixed the screen on my phone And I “believe” they broke my cameras because my cameras does not work anymore. They said it was because the metal piece behind the screen is different than the other models and I have to order it separate for the iPhone 15. Let’s pretend they are telling the truth. They didn’t tell me that the piece would cost extra upfront, They didn’t ask me if I want it fixed, They... They gave me an email to write the owner and the owner has not written me back. They said I can order the piece and I would have to pay another hundred something dollars. So even if I’m being ignorant, whether or not, I’m falling for a false story, The fact remains , That this is very suspicious, and the customer service was extremely poor. If you don’t want to deal with this, perhaps maybe you shouldn’t use this business Because even if you gave them the benefit of the doubt, as soon as they are done with you, you’re discarded and you have no contact with the owner.
Do not trust them. They will lie and say whatever it takes to get you to purchase from them. They’ll also treat you as if you don’t know what you’re talking about. I had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen replaced, and afterward, the facial recognition feature stopped working. When I told them, they said to bring the phone back so they could fix it. They changed the screen from OLED to LCD and then tried to convince me that Face ID wasn’t working because my phone was linked to my iCloud account. After speaking with Apple, I learned that using an aftermarket screen causes Face ID to fail about 90% of the time. After a week and a half of going back a... Do not trust them. They will lie and say whatever it takes to get you to purchase from them. They’ll also treat you as if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Dude who runs the shop is super nice! Faster and cheaper than u break I fix and waaay faster and cheaper than going through apple. I highly recommend using this shop
