Alex recognized storm damage that others missed. New Roof managed everything from booking an inspection to contacting the insurance company. Never had to question what was going on. You wouldn't have known that this is a locally owned family business when it was time to replace the roof. In a 12 hour day, eight men stripped down my roof, replaced some of the plywood, laid all the material before shingles and then put on shingles. The team of roofers who worked on our house impressed me. They were very efficient and handled my large, steep roof in a professional manner. The rain started in the morning of the second day. But, because they had covered it the previous day, there was no way for water to get inside. You couldn't tell there had been any work done to my pool area after the job was finished. They cleared away all the debris that was there and even cleaned my gutters. They replaced some rotten fascia under the gutters neatly, without me asking. If you're unsure, it's best to ask. Their team was excellent! It was a quick turnaround from the time we called them to when they actually completed the repairs. The inspection was completely free and there was no need to pay for the estimate. Yuri, her team and our house were all treated with respect. Definitely recommend them for roofing and house repairs.
