They did a rubber roof on the back of the house and I never heard of it. It's been about 5 years and no problem. Now I called them back to see if they do garage roof ,they do and will replace the wood boards that need replacing and paint.

Pete’s roofing did a great job on one of my rental properties in Detroit. They were able to work on the 3 story home without any issues removing several layers of old shingles and putting all new wood sheathing. They were on time and stand behind the work they do. The transformation was great.

Straight up hacks. Can't flash a chimney when installing a new roof to save their life. Refused to fix it properly. Leaked immediately.

Professional and ready to serve

Pete’s roofing did the roof of the home next door and managed to leave my backyard a mess. Nails, shingles, plastic bags, rubber discard, you name it. They even left shingles on my roof until we spoke to them multiple times and asked them to remove. We gave them access to our fenced in yard for safer use of their ladders (the homes can be close together in my neighborhood) and while they had no problem knocking on our door for that, when we asked them to let us know when they were finishing up so they could grab debris, they would not and the team was dismissive. Unacceptable.

This company has been a part of the community for decades. I recently hired them to make repair for my company. Even though it is busy season for them, they had a crew out the next morning. The price was reasonable and the work is quality. I will definitely use them again.
