Pete and his amazing crew always take such great care of my car (2017 Mazda CX5) with 5 point inspection with oil change. I trust them to never cheat me. Been going here for 8 years now. I trust my car to Pete’s Auto in Pahrump!
My husband and I just relocated to Pahrump and needed to find a new place to have our truck maintenance done. We hadn’t had it serviced in a while so it was due for several things. I went in to schedule an appointment and spoke with Gavin. He was able to get our truck in that same day. He said they would give me a call after they were able to take a look and see what all was necessary. Gavin called me back about an hour later and he let me know what they recommended and how much it would cost. He was kind, and answered all of my questions. We found the cost to be very reasonable and we will definitely be returning for any future maintenance.... We took our nissan versa to Pete's and everything was explained thoroughly to us and they took care of our problems. They also saved us money when they explained what the problem actually was compared to what we thought the problem was. We've been doing business with Pete's for 3 years straight, anything from a basic oil change to a complete overhaul of the breaks Pete's is your friendly neighborhood honest mechanic. Gavin was very helpful and made for a less strenuous experience.
I came there after another mechanic ripping me off and they ripped me off too! I was charged for repairs that weren't made (according to a firestone check) and when I requested a refund they ignored me! I trusted them to be treated right and now I have to sue!
I am so pleased to find a shop in Pahrump that can do all the work on my 2013 VW Touareg TDI Lux. It saved me wasting all day sitting in the showroom of the Las Vegas dealership. Gavin was most helpful from my first time in the shop. Assured me they could fix anything needed to address my Check Engine Light. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up. What more could I ask of a repair shop? Pete's made me a happy Customer.
