Rick has been our Technician since 2017. He is super professional, friendly, and very informative. Not only have, we never had bugs in our home, but he has helped us with a recent mice issue. Living out in the country, surrounded by woods, we expect things that he cannot control. However, the things that he can, have been gratefully appreciated! We are truly grateful to have him as our technician and the service that he does for PMI.

I’ve been with PMI for about 5 years in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst/Aberdeen area. I also have used Terminix and can say with certainty that I am much more satisfied with the experience I’ve had with PMI simply because of my service technician, Gary. I have nothing bad to say about Terminix, I simply like PMI better. Gary has been extremely helpful and reliable. His recommendations to me are straightforward. He tells me when he does or does not recommend a service and why he is or is not providing his recommendation. PMI did an excellent job encapsulating my basement and have been responsive when I had questions several months later. Ryan came today and did a great job and Zach is great too.

Zach communicates well and was very professional.He seems to really love what he does and is very informative.He answered any questions we had. And even though we forgot to address the lost key to our crawlspace before coming, he still made himself available via text to come by later and do an inspection.

I am the property manager for our church, Ashleigh and Jason came out to survey our property and let me know what they would do if awarded the new contract. They were very informative and spent over an hour looking at the inside and outside of our church property. They answered all of my questions and told me the plan they would like to use. I am waiting on them to get me a price for their services. I fully expect to go with them when the pricing in place.

Ryan came by this morning to do a general inspection. He gave me such good news, that we really didn’t have any major issues. It was a relief because so often when a new service provider comes out, they deliver a laundry list of must-do issues. I’m grateful my house was in better shape than I thought! The receptionist was so helpful when I called and was able to quickly set up this appointment. She was so honest and I would absolutely recommend this team

Neil is the best person to work with at PMI in my opinion!! He's always professional and always does the Best job possible. His expertise and helpfulness with answering my questions is always a welcome experience for a customer like myself and especially when it's under already trying circumstances.
