Following a failed attempt to have my desktop PC fixed by a corporate repair shop (they were unable to order the required part due to the age of my PC), I decided to try Personal Touch Computers. When I called to make an appointment with Jeff and discuss the issue at hand, I could tell he was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and the right guy for the job. Extremely professional service that does a great job at a reasonable price. 👏 able to help me even on Dec 30, a day before New Year's Eve! Saved my precious computer when the motherboard died in the same day, no less! 😭 I thank the owner of this company so much. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND! My desktop was giving me issues with the start-up and after trying to diagnose the issue, I came up blank and ended up finding a computer repair pro. Surprisingly, I found PTC was extremely close by, and after giving Jeff a call late in the evening, he agreed to help me on such short notice. Jeff was very nice and incredible in his work, as not only did he find the problem (with the wiring), he cleaned out my entire PC and even rewired it to run more efficiently. The best part, is that it only took a couple hours and it was very affordable! I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone that has computer trouble! Thank you for all your help!
