Time for another 5 star for Mike and his team! So listen, I meant to do this review after my first visit but I forgot so here it is. Mike has been rumored to be honest, fair and upfront with customers. I’ve done decades of work on my own trucks, usually pretty successful. I’m tired of doing it. I’m also tired of taking a rig to a local shop for something that was more than just a one man job and getting it back worse off than I brought it in. So I was skeptical at first. Had a good referral from my in laws and with a quick peek at reviews, worth giving it a shot. Dropped off truck for overnight drop off to ensure it’s there and ready to... Time for another 5 star for Mike and his team! So listen, I meant to do this review after my first visit but I forgot so here it is. Mike has been rumored to be honest, fair and upfront with customers. I’ve done decades of work on my own trucks, usually pretty successful. I’m tired of doing it. I’m also tired of taking a rig to a local shop for something that was more than just a one man job and getting it back worse off than I brought it in. So I was skeptical at first. Had a good referral from my in laws and with a quick peek at reviews, worth giving it a shot. Dropped off truck for overnight drop off to ensure it’s there and ready to be worked on the next day. (Awesome feature) Worked fast in repairs, called/communicated on any issues that arose, and finished the job in a timely fashion. Prices by far were fair and quality of work was as promised. I now have a new mechanic and will not be using anyone else. Second trip- had another issue creep up. A dreaded heater core. Easily a 10 hour job for me, if not more. Quoted a 6 hour time, ran into a few issues that pushed the repair longer, no extra charge for the time past the quote! Ended up having to replace some other things, no extra charge for labor on those just the parts!!!! Are you kidding me! Whoa! The kicker… on Saturdays they are open til 3pm. Mike and his apprentice stayed 3 hours past closing to ensure we got the truck back to us… already at no extra charge for time. Insanely awesome customer service. A guy who is dedicated to making things right and good for people in our community. I know these 5 star ratings have him busier than ever. But good! He’s an awesome guy. I was lucky enough to talk to him while they were finishing up the job. He comes from an insane 30 years of accolades with regards to vehicle repairs. I doubt anyone could challenge the knowledge, skill set and customer service he is providing. Thanks Mike! Appreciate all the work, time, and care you put into this. These guys do awesome work and they do it the correct way the first time. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends of family. They are my GOTO shop from here on out.
