They massively overcharge on parts, at least a 75% up charge. They also will not allow you to supply your own parts. They massively over quote on labor hours as well, turning a simple job that shouldn’t be any more than $1000 into over $1,800. They’ll force you to do all of the work they recommend, even if you tell them you do not need it. You’ll be stuck with a $90 “diagnosis” fee, even if the issue was already diagnosed and they’re attempting to over-complicate the job. I booked an appointment to get a second opinion on my brakes and rotors after getting them checked at Tire Kingdom. The staff here checked in on my brakes and cleared me. (Tire Kingdom quoted me 1,000’s) Colleen is amazing!! She’s so patient and makes sure you can understand exactly what the process is for everything. They are incredibly honest and you can really tell they are down to earth. They even have a drop off and pick up for when you can’t make it after hours! I will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues with my car! Thank you guys!!

Dustin and the crew helped get my '98 Silverado back up to daily driver after she sat for bit after blowing a freeze plug on passenger side. Letting it sit led to theft mode issue but they repaired that too. If you need someone you can trust to fix your vehicle who is honest and fair in pricing you should Performance Transmissions. Glad I found them 5 years ago when we moved to Gainesville from Marion County.

Great place for your car's regular maintenance and repairs. Dustin is very knowledgeable and has great mechanics on staff. Office staff are helpful and kind.
