We had a technician come out to diagnose our oven. He provided an online quote which we approved and we haven't heard anything back. So unprofessional and shows this company doesn't have the expertise to to fix our wolf oven. Wasted money on a diagnosis fee. Stay away. Poor customer service 9/16 updated review. I called Perfix Appliance Repair when my refrigerator started making a loud, strange noise. They were able to come out the same day, which was a relief. The technician identified the problem as a faulty fan motor, and he replaced it with a new one. The whole process took just over an hour, and the fridge is now running quietly and efficiently again. The technician was professional, and I felt comfortable with his expertise. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary services. Will absolutely call them again!

On December 2, I paid a diagnosis fee to have them come and inspect my Viking oven. Was supposed to get an estimate to repair in two or three days. I reached out to the technician twice by text and twice by phone for a status on the quote and have no response. I have called the office two days in a row to be promised a return call and nothing and it has been two weeks. I feel like I have wasted time and money on this. Be warned.
