Mike called me back quickly. He set up an appointment for me to not wait very long. He was nice, polite, and REASONABLY PRICED.

Our whole house backed up on a Saturday night. Mike responded to my message quickly, gave us some troubleshooting advice to get us through the night, and scheduled a Sunday AM visit. Mike arrived on time and ready to go. Within a short time, he cleared the blockage and used his scope camera to identify the problem: the sewer pipe liner (installed by a different company last summer) had failed, causing the initial blockage. Mike didn't charge us for the visit and we'll work with the original company on addressing the failure and compensating Mike for the emergency call. Bonus: we got to meet the mascot!
