Perfect Fit Tailoring

This is the best alteration place in the city and Worcester proper. Every time I go in I'm always excited because I know how well everything will turn out. Their alterations quite literally look like they were factory made. The owner is absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating. He's really, really good at what he does. I've taken previous items here and my favorite part is when they hem your pants, they hem them beautifully but with enough material to lengthen them again if needed in the future, which really sets them apart. I highly recommend Perfect Fit for even your most precious items!!

This is by far the worst store I have ever walked into. There were no price tags, no refund policy signs, and absolutely no transparency. The owner just invented a price on the spot, trying to charge me $200 for a jacket that’s worth maybe $50. This is not a mistake — it’s pure dishonesty. The seller was extremely rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. He talked to me like I had no idea what I was doing and acted like he could charge whatever he wanted. Perfect fit has handled all of our tailoring needs for over twenty years! No fail and always perfection! Even in an emergency situation for funerals or last minute unexpected travel the work is impeccable and always delighted to visit the shop!

I went there to have a long dress shortened due to a couple of tares at the bottom. The lady who is a middle aged was so unpleasant and when I asked for the price she told me her boss will let me know when he comes. I took three dresses but decided to leave just one. A week later I was called to come pickup and when I asked how much i was told $40. I was shocked. $40 for cutting and I thought they would cut and hem, the more reason why i took it there. They didn't hem or anything and charged me $40 for using a scissors to cut the dress. Had i know they wouldn't hem after cutting it would have done it myself.
