Recently was in the market for a new dishwasher and went to Percy's. Was immediately greeted by Jeremy Nork and the experience begun. My wife had her mind set on a Bosch brand dishwasher and was brought back by Jeremy to check them out. He was very clear and informative on the different options and their specifics. We ended up buying the Bosch 500 series dishwasher and are thoroughly impressed. The whole buying experience was excellent and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I went to Percy’s recently to buy a new dishwasher. We had been there a number of times before and always found it a pleasant experience. We went there last week and were greeted as soon as we walked in and were introduced to Rick, the Product Specialist who helped us decide which dishwasher would be best for us. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and asked us what features interested us. We told him, and he brought us to the row of Bosch dishwashers and recommended one in our price range. We love Percy's Appliances! The sales staff made the entire experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. They were knowledgeable without being pushy, truly listened to what we needed, and took the time to walk us through all the options. Their customer service team was equally impressive. We recently purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Rick and Nick at Percy’s. They went above and beyond to explain all of the models and which one would work best for our lifestyle. Not only were they knowledgeable, but extremely professional as well. From the time we walked in the door, everyone was welcoming and helpful.
