Highly recommend going ELSEWHERE. We were told we would be waiting between 2 weeks and 2 months (max) when ordering our appliances (fridge and stove). That’s fine, but 3 months later I called the store and asked for an update and my answer was “yeah, it’s here”. Ok??? Can we get it delivered since we paid for delivery? They did not call us once. They then rescheduled our delivery date three times because “they forgot to order a part” (a part that was paid for at the original date of purchase, 3.5 months prior now). Ok, fine, no problem. Appliances are finally delivered. We paid for gas hookup, nope they can’t do that due to liability. Fine. T... Highly recommend going ELSEWHERE. Appliances are finally delivered. We paid for gas hookup, nope they can’t do that due to liability. Fine. Then, our fridge was supposed to have water hookup, nope! Just ice (we specifically did not want an ice maker due to space issues). So now we have the wrong fridge and an unconnected oven that we need to pay someone else to hook up. When we asked for options, we were told our only option is, “if you’re unhappy, we will take your appliances back and give you a refund and you can get different ones in 2 months from now”. We can’t wait 2 more months, so we said no. There was NO communication on their part. They did not apologize once for the order issues or for the serious delays. We asked if any discounts could be given for the wrong order: nope. Highly upset with the customer service here. We are strong supporters of small businesses and this one just lost all of our future business.
