We used Penobscot Cleaning Services for mold remediation of the attic in our home. All of the wood surfaces in the attic had become heavily coated in black mold, due to improper ventilation and proximity to the ocean. Their team was able to quickly assess our situation and resolve everything. They vented the bathroom fan to the outside, opened blocked soffit vents, and completely treated all the mold infested wood. The post testing showed that no mold remained. The team were friendly, very professional and thorough. They explained everything to us as they worked.
