Josh Trim was an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable, and diligent to meet of the requests of the customer. He was also very kind and thorough. Brennan also did excellent installation. He caters to the client, and he made the whole process very seamless. I would highly recommend Pennington and Trim for installation of security cameras and alarm systems.
Pennington and Trim came to install an alarm system for my elderly mother after the passing of my father. Ryan installed the system and was so patient and kind to my mother explaining the system and making sure she felt safe. This pure kindness and attention to customer service has kept me with Pennington and Trim the past 25+ years WITHOUT a contract. No need to have a contract when you have service like theirs.
Brennan was very nice, professional and patient with my wife and me. He explained the alarm system and keypad until we were comfortable with it. Brennan was very conscious of any clean-up from installation of the “contacts” to doors and windows.
