The best decision we ever made! Our basement flooded last year and Mike was referred to us through a friend for LVP flooring. His team worked non stop and their craftsmanship was exceptional paying attention to every detail. We recently had Mike install LVP in a 1/2 bath and our whole 2nd floor. When we ran into a small issue with the sub floor Mike was more than fair in addressing the issue and still got the job done on time! I would not look anywhere else for your flooring needs! Mike’s communication, fair pricing and quality of work of his installation team is unmatched!

After speaking with several other flooring companies Mike was the only one who did not shy away from our old farmhouse floors. He came in confident with solutions that would work for us instead of just pointing out the potential issues. He made the process very easy from start to finish. I was blown away with how efficient his guys were in getting the work done and what a beautiful job they did. I am so thankful we waited to find the right guy for the job and will not hesitate to use Penn Carpet & Flooring for any future flooring needs!

At first I was hesitant to use luxury vinyl planking in my basement but now I’m ecstatic about it. It’s looks great and feels great. This company did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. The carpet on the stairs was perfect for our needs as well. Thank you!

This was our first time working with Mike. Our sump pump failed, and we had several inches of water in our carpeted basement. We called the original carpet installation company but was told that they were too busy and recommended Mike. We couldn't have asked for a better suggestion. Mike came out right away and surveyed the damage. He recommended Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) instead of carpeting, because of the basement location. We couldn't have asked for a better suggestion. Mike came out right away and surveyed the damage. He recommended Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) instead of carpeting, because of the basement location. There was so much to choose from that it was almost overwhelming, but we were able to take large samples home to figure it out. In addition to the actual flooring, the remediation company that first showed up, ripped off all of our molding, causing significant drywall damage. Mike suggested replacing the 3" molding with 5 1/2", which allowed us to cover the damage without needing to repair it. That saved us a ton of money. It was about 900 sq ft of LVP, plus new molding all the way around. They moved all of the furniture, including a pool table, installed the molding and filled the nail holes, and cleaned up to perfection - IN ONE DAY! We are so happy with the work and the price that we are now working with Mike to get all of the carpeting replaced on the other two floors. If you need any flooring, give Mike a call. You won't regret it!
