This is the third time I have used PENCO Gate and Fence. The first time was when I had a new driveway gate installed, and they came to install the keypad and program the remotes. They were fantastic: prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous. A few years later, I needed them to come back because I wanted an additional remote. It was a seamless process. And the third time, today, I needed them to come out because it seems as though other people in the neighborhood must have my code because my gate spontaneously is opened after I’ve closed it. A technician came within a day of my calling them, and together we created a unique code, which the technician programmed on the gate mechanism and on the remotes. I highly recommend this company.
