Pella Windows and Doors of Utah has great customer service. Pella products are aesthetically pleasing. However, Pella engineers have designed a door locking system with major flaws, and they do not guarantee customer satisfaction. I wonder if my salesman received a higher commission to get rid of these doors. Our door’s locking system has completely failed four times in the past eight years. The doors have a ten-year warranty. It gets to the point that the door will not latch at all. Pella has refused to replace the door with another style; they will continue to replace the locking mechanism until the warranty expires. I got my double front doors installed today by Luis and Javier from Pella. The installation went smooth and quick and they even took the time to come out during a snowstorm to knock everything out for me. They were very courteous, respectful and thorough with every detail throughout the process. The doors look absolutely beautiful and they did such a fantastic job for me. Super stoked on how everything turned out. I was updated and informed and communicated with throughout the entire process from the very beginning.
