I am so impressed with Pella windows. Darla and Brian are very helpful throughout the decision making process. I never felt pressured, and my new windows are very good quality and I know I made the right decision. I was most impressed with the installer, Jeremy Marcum of Unity Windows. He had great attention to detail and he made sure everything was clean. He took the lead paint risk seriously and properly controlled dust while removing our old windows. Our new windows look beautiful. Thank you!!
We’ve spent three months trying to get five rotted Pella windows replaced through the Bloomington showroom and their distributor, McComb Window & Door Co. — and still haven’t received the quote or follow-up despite countless calls and emails. Meanwhile, another company (Tommy’D/Andersen) inspected and quoted within days. Pella’s lack of response and accountability is truly disappointing. UPD: McComb Window and Door finally responded with a quote twice as high as the local Andersen windows’ installer - Tommy D’s. Bye-bye, Pella Windows. Hello, Andersen windows!
