We recently remodeled our bathroom and used Pelican in September to replace our original 1980s bathroom window. We knew it was time to replace the rest of the windows, so of course, I called Pelican again. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Our sales representative, Bob Ryan, was professional, punctual, and refreshingly low-pressure — just honest, realistic guidance.

This company is awesome! I am so glad I picked them to install 5 windows and two sliding doors in my condo in December. When we encountered a dry rot problem under the sill of the two sliders, they brought a crew in to repair the area and make it good as new. These guys are very professional and if I could give the 10 stars, I would.
In February I had to schedule them to coming back as they couldn’t put the interior molding on the sliders until after the floor contractor finished the floors. In late February, they sent Eli (who also goes by the name Nano) to do the finished work. If I could give him 10 stars I would. This guy is all abo...This company is awesome! I highly recommend Pelican Replacement Windows! Bob, the sales representative, came to my home and measured the windows and patio door then explained all my options. He was super helpful and nice! He even met me at the showroom so I could see the different types of privacy glass. The installer’s, Mark and Jerrod, were top notch! They are highly skilled in installing windows and patio doors! They were super nice. The whole process from calling to have someone come to the house to installation was excellent!
