Dave was kind enough to allow delivery of my new Trike to his shop. When it arrived he assembled it and made sure that everything was in perfect alignment and great riding condition. I also interacted with Jane who was over the top nice to me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to rent, buy or service their e-bike. I give Dave and Jane 5 Stars.
Let me tell you something, Dave is awesome! Very kind, great customer service! I took my e bike in for repairs and he went straight to work on it! Finished almost instantly. Great place to get your bike worked on with great quality work. He paid attention to the details and made sure I left with a bike in great shape. Prices are fair! Buy, rent, or repairs! This is the place to go! 10/10
My wife and I rented e-bikes from Pedego while on vacation, and it was a total win. The staff was super friendly right off the bat—they took the time to adjust the seats and handlebars to our heights and made sure everything felt comfy before we rolled out. They gave us a quick rundown on all the e-bike features (throttle, pedal assist levels, brakes, the works) and had us do a few easy laps around their parking lot to get the hang of it. Only once we both said we were good did they send us off to the Kern River Bike Path, which literally starts right behind the shop. Felt safe and zero pressure. It was a great purchase experience. I was trained well about my bikes options, and he was quick to make adjustments that i wanted before taking it home. I definitely recommend buying an e bike drom this retailer.
