Pearl Harbor Transmission

I recently visited Pearl Harbor Transmissions and had a fantastic experience. I was concerned about some noises and shifting issues in my car, and Frank, the owner, provided a free diagnostic. Frank didn't just tell me what was wrong; he drove my car with me to hear the sounds and understand the problem firsthand. He explained the potential causes and, importantly, prioritized the issues for me. He was incredibly clear and straightforward, and I never felt pressured or misled.

I have a 2016 Nissan truck.I took my truck in thinking it was a transmission problem. I called and spoke to Frank, he told me to bring the truck in that afternoon. Frank was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and honest. We took my truck on a test drive, right away Frank told me it wasn't the transmission. When we got back to the shop he ran a diagnostic on the truck and found out it was the cruse control. It didn't cost me anything.
