I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had not heard of them until a few weeks ago. It was perfect timing. I'm sure that everyone is really good, but I was fortunate enough to have Chris as my tech. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He has been so patient and tolerant with me; tech challenged is understated. I will refer anyone in need of help to them, and specifically to Chris. His kindness and helpfulness are greatly appreciated.
Absolutely 5 stars after leaving micro center I got to festus before realizing the didn’t give me my thermal paste that was supposed to come with the cpu I called pctech and asked if they had any to spare and even though they don’t sell it outright they still helped me out in a pinch and was able to spare some for my build I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know that deals with anything computer related
Had an issue with my micro pin charger port, part of the plug stuck in side the port on the laptop. Tech quickly took the back off and confirmed the port was not a replaceable component. Recommended a cell phone repair place might have some small tweezers to get the damaged part out. NO CHARGE! Bought some micro tweezers and my daughter got the junk out. Works great. Loved that the guy helped me out like that!
