Finally, after over 2 months and 13 case numbers with HP technical phone support, trying to get my HP laptop to communicate with either my original HP printer or the now 2 new printers HP has sold me in the process. . . and, finally, after HP told me that I needed to clean-sweep my laptop hard-drive and re-install the operating system in order to get any of these printers to print, I decided to call Dan at PC911. In literally 6 minutes of interfacing with me by phone via teamworker.com, Dan had everything running with precision. Test pages were flying off the paper trays of all 3 printers so readily that I knew I could now return all but my...
