The PC Works was amazing. Not only did they successfully fix my computer, which is running wonderfully but the service was fast and fantastic. They checked with me every step of the way so that I knew what was going on with my computer and was ok with all the costs. They were happy to help me in any way including getting my computer to me at my convenience after they fixed it. I even call them to ask little tech questions now because they are so reliable and helpful. Thank you PC Works!

I had a wonderful experience at PC Works! My laptop hard drive went bad and they were able to save all of my data that I thought I had lost for a low price. As a college student who needed my laptop data saved quickly, they understood and valued my time. I was ensured that they would try to help me get my files back as quickly as possible and they followed through with great communication so I knew what was going on. I would definitely come back again if I had a problem with my laptop and appreciate the prompt and friendly service!

I dumped a glass of water on my laptop and killed it. Karla at PC Works was great at calming my panic and getting me a new MacBook Pro immediately. Darren set-up the new one for me, working just like my old one (only much better). I won't go anywhere else, they are great.

This review of PC Works is for the 10% of you readers that are trapped in the Apple cult like me. Lots of people understand a PC but it’s hard finding really smart Apple techs. I took my MacBook Pro to them with some serious repair issues, and it was in need of a long overdue OS update. They were great. Not everything...Update 12/2023

This review of PC Works is for the 10% of you readers that are trapped in the Apple cult like me. Lots of people understand a PC but it’s hard finding really smart Apple techs. I took my MacBook Pro to them with some serious repair issues, and it was in need of a long overdue OS update. They were great. Not everything went perfectly with the new OS download and they were able to find my missing bits and restore my computer file (and my sanity). I’ve been to an Apple Store genius bar and did not get the good service I did at PC Works.
I give them 5 stars. And I will definitely go to them again.
