PC Retro Shop

Good prices but the communication is horrible. I had to email several times before I received an answer the laptop was ready. When I would go the store at the time they listed as opening no one would be available at the shop. I went 3 consecutive days and no one was in the shop. Finally the frustration ran over and I asked them to just ship it to me. Even then just getting a email response to acknowledged they were going to do so was like pulling teeth. I always like to frequent small local business but unfortunately pcretro in Beltsville could or should really work on more promptly being responsive

I went in today with a keyboard issue that I had failed to solve with dozens of online fixes. I believed that I had to get the keyboard replaced and brought it into PC Retro to get a diagnostic and ask for a quote on a keyboard replacement. The staff were very professional and identified all that was needed was a deep clean. They could have easily told me a replacement was needed (which would’ve netted them more money) but instead have me quick, honest, professional service that saved me money compared to the alternative. Highly recommend to anyone needing PC assistance!

I recently visited PC Metro Shop, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The standout aspect of my experience was the exceptional help I received from Nestor. I had an urgent situation recently, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the help I received from Nestor at PC Metro Shop.
