I usually don’t write reviews but, I came from an hour away for them to build my pc since I have limited time. They did an AMAZING JOB!! Did everything I asked for and more! Truly worth it. Even helped me over the phone and took control remotely because I didn’t understand something, so hands down worth it and completely glad I did. They were so nice and understanding, will go back soon
First time customer and I must say that these guys are the real deal! I took my custom PC in for diagnostics and repair and I could not be happier with my choice. The guys at PC Plug took the time to listen to the issues I was having and made sure they had a full understanding of the issues at hand. They were very thorough with their diagnostic process, kelp me updated along the way, and even provided me a summary of how they solved the issue when I picked my PC up. The staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I will most certainly come back in the future for upgrades and repairs.
This place is great! I needed help with a nvme ssd standoff and hold down screw. I stopped by and they gave me multiple styles to try on my motherboard and asked for nothing in return. Super nice guys, would definitely recommend stopping by. 5/5
