Absolutely horrible follow up customer service. Great in store help, but notice they ignore phone calls.
I was promised follow up calls on both of my times using this store and never got them.
I was needing a computer build on a time sensitive project. Promised a next day quote and was asked to report some information back about my computer. The call never happened. After numerous attempts to contact the store with negative results. I was finally able to get the younger employee to answer. He was both rude and dismissive. No apologies for the lack of call back. He seemed like I could like it or go somewhere else.

Terry was fantastic! I went in needed a repair and upgrades. Every step of the way he made sure what I was getting was what I wanted, and was very honest about what he can/can't and should/shouldn't do with my Rig. I bought a computer here in 2021. I've been very happy with it. I recently downloaded some malware and they cleaned it off for free since I had purchased the computer from them. Very friendly and helpful!
