A while Back I had asked Pc perfect to do a build for me. It was a AMD 3900x Ryzen 9 system. This system, has 2 insane NVME.2 drives, Rog hero 8 Mobo, a killer graphics card and now 4 tbs added samsung 870qvo, and a ton of memory. This system is so fast, handles anything thrown at it. I cant say enough about Pc perfect I have known them for years. I have been with them through all my Intel Builds and now this Killer machine. I became aware of PC Perfect through a home building company for whom I previously worked. Everyone there raved about them and our network always worked flawlessly.. I recently took my personal laptop into them after trying other so-called expert PC repair places. You know, the one at numerous strip centers around town. Nobody could figure out why my keyboard wasn't working. After numerous and costly attempts I remembered PC Perfect and took my laptop in. Don, the owner, took the time to dive in and get into the guts. He asked if I had a dog with yellow hair. Sure enough, my Lab, who is always at my feet had shed enough hair to infilt...I became aware of PC Perfect through a home building company for whom I previously worked. Don then recommended a solid state processor. Bottom line, my laptop works better than when I got it brand new. Plus, I won't be wasting any more time and money with the other guys.

I had a laptop which was not working well despite a prior repair at another shop. I brought it to PC Perfect on a friend's recommendation. They could have taken the quick and easy way out by selling me more parts, but they really searched for the underlying issue. They made it a personal crusade to figure out what was wrong. They found the issue in an obscure software/hardware conflict, and now the laptop works better than ever. I will never go anywhere else again.
