These people are awesome! My laptop was absolutely totaled, and they helped me consider my options, and I went with one of their refurbished Dell computers. It’s been great so far, and I had some a kind and pleasant experience with these guys. While there, they even talked about starting up a school nextdoor for anyone who wants to learn how electronics work, so that they can be well informed on their own. Incredible!
Anthony is extremely knowledgeable. He came to our home to check issues with our internet and lack of signal for gaming. Within a matter of minutes he determined the issue and fixed my son's gaming issues and we are all back up and running with excellent speeds. I will recommend him to anyone having issues! Great personal attention to what I needed in a computer. They picked out a great machine and modified it to better serve my needs. The price was very reasonable. The experience was so much better than going to a big box store with sales people with limited experience and knowledge. I highly recommend PC Paramedics.
I brought my old computer into this shop maybe 2 months ago by now. Well- i didn't leave with the same machine, but what I did leave with I'm immensely happy with. My power supply on my old Desktop shorted (probably my fault...) taking with it my GPU and my RAM iirc. The cost to repair the thing would have been pricey, but at that point I was basically replacing the whole machine. Mike was the primary person I talked to, and he was extremely patient and kind. Everyone there was very polite, easy going, and professional. The shop allowed me to take my time in figuring out what I wanted to do, and how I was going to pay for it. I came in wit... I came in with a used custom built PC a few days later, and asked them to move my storage and the (newer) GPU I had into the new machine. While they offered to buy the parts for me, they also allowed me to bring in my own supplies at my own risk of them either not working or being compatible. I bought everything used, and my pc is working beautifully. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. When I inevitably have to replace my storage, I'll definitely be taking it here. Considering the space my machine took up in their shop, the time each desktop took to look over and work on, and the research they did on my behalf? The price was fair. Shout-out to the class Mike is trying to start on computers... I signed to join up for whenever he gets that going. Good luck to your shop, Im definitely coming back :)
