These guys are great! They have been a lifesaver, like recently when my computer froze up with a screen saying Microsoft had locked my computer. Don't call the number on the screen, call PC Mechanics. Thats what I did. They let me know that was a scam. had I called the number on the screen I would have been in big trouble. I then brought my computer in to be cleaned and they removed the virus. I had clicked on something I shouldn't have. It happens to eveyone eventually. You just need your own IT help - PC Mechanics! They also sell computers. We got our last three laptops from them. They are honest and make sure you get what you need. They...These guys are great! Jim is a great guy, he didn't talk down to me because I don't know much about computers. He explains everything and helped me pick out a great desktop PC. He transferred my data from my old PC the next day, super fast. I highly recommend them.
