Very fast service for my computer and phone. Will be sure to go back if I need too. No pressure to buy a new computer or phone. They took care of the problems.

Great repair service, excellent used selection - always my first stop.
Terrible overpriced service, hard to call it a service, more of an extortion. They will take your pc and do nothing to it and hold it ransom for a small fortune. They charged me $145 just to tell me they think I need a new video card. Then they expected me to pay big money for their crappy used video cards there. Stay away from here unless you like getting ripped off.
This is their attempt at applying a screen protector. Wow. Unacceptable. Also, they said they fixed my computer... That "there was a virus" and their software removed it and everything is fine. That's what they said. When I got my tower back, it did the same thing it was doing when I brought it in. I managed to research what the actual problem was, and fix it myself by wiping my copy of windows and reinstalling it. A few other tweaks and now it finally is working again. Someone from the shop addressed my complaint of "did you guys even do anything to this computer, it's still broken" with a very polite offer to bring it back and he would fix... However, I had already identified the problem and fixed it myself. So. Anyway- buyer beware. Not impressed. I really should get my $115 back!!
