It's been awhile since I've been here, but I finally remembered to leave them a review. TLDR: They are a fair an honest group that will help you out where they can. They helped me diagnose my GPU problems and let me pick a resolution that fit my needs and budget. They helped me understand what my options meant and helped me get up and running again.

He took it to PC Laptops, and the team there was incredibly helpful from the start—walking him through how to locate and replace the battery himself. This is where I came in. I’m pretty handy with computers, but once I opened it up, I realized the Alienware’s inner design was unlike anything I’d worked on before. There was a solid plate blocking access to the internals, and I didn’t want to risk damaging anything. I told my dad to take it—and the new battery—back to PC Laptops. I've been going to this location for years and I have to say they are phenomenal! The times I've had to pay for service they charged a very fair price and complete the work on time. Even better they always take the time to talk me through my issues and many times were able to give me advice without charge instead of making me pay for diagnostic services for simple things.
