PC Friend Computer Performance

Outlook was freezing. My daughter reinstalled outlook, but still didn't work. I was freaking out, and decided to call for a pro. Got PC Friend on the phone, Brandon came over to Park La Brea that night, and fixed my nightmare. So happy to have a friend who lives, and breathes computers at my beckon. Phone is under my pillow.

Now he trying to justify his incompetence and con job. Dont do business with this guy he is a rip off. He doesn't do what he quotes you. And does not replace parts based on what he quotes. Brandon qouted me $156 to replace the keyboard to my laptop and speed up processor and new battery for a second laptop. He did neither and charged me $240. I also discovered that fingerprint scanner wasn't working but was working before it was given to Brandon. I paid him $240 cash but did not get the worked done that was promised. Will not recommend his service to anyone. He does't know what he doing.

Fake reviews, fake business, fake everything. I thought it was a store but it turned out to be some apartment. I took my computer in for a repair and he ignored my calls until I called from a different number. He sounded surprised but not in a good way. When i got my computer back he ruined the battery that wasn't an issue whatsoever. Now my computer has more issues that need to be repaired. The weight distribution also feels a lot more uneven.. Not sure if he took out anything because he got attitude when I asked. He also ripped out a sticker that then left a huge scratch on my computer. I have a small Tax Preparing company, and my computer locked me out right at the peak of Tax Season. My son called his friend Brandon over at PC Friend. Brandon came over, saved my files, increased my storage capacity, re-installed Windows 11, and all of my Tax Software (8 years worth), and got me up, and running within 48 hours.
