What a easy conversion from an older computer to a new laptop. Jeff recommended and purchased at Dell 16 laptop, delivered and installed software and copied over all my older files onto the new laptop. He also, showed me the new features and installed additional software I needed. Seamless transaction and very professional person who is available if I need him for future questions or any service.
