I was very happy to stumble upon this place to get my computer physically cleaned. Everywhere I called, they were not straight forward about how much time and cost it would be.
Chris was very transparent with me on the process, and that it wouldn't take longer than an hour!

I recently had an issue with an older PC of mine. I discovered PC Answers by doing a Google search and realized they were quite close to my home. I ended up taking my desktop PC there to see if they could recover the BIOS and alas, they told me the bad news that the motherboard was bricked and not recoverable. This, while not certainly ideal ended up being a GREAT experience!
Micheal, Chris, and the rest of the staff were great! They took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had many). They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, provided outstanding customer service at a more than reasonable price. These guys are awesome. End of story. Had a case of fraud come up, followed up with the bank and did all that. Then I called PC Answers just to let them know that it had happened. Chris was awesome and so helpful. Michael then reached out and followed up with me. He took care of everything and we even had a lovely conversation. By the time the bank got back to us, they were utterly redundant. Can’t speak more highly of their integrity as people and a business, and it’s places like this where I want to spend my money.

I am very tech savvy, but my expertise is in advanced analytics. Working in tech, I know that someone who does something regularly is much faster than a novice.
I built my own computer a year and a half ago. PC answers quickly diagnosed a failed i9 CPU and reinstalled an i7 for me (sigh, Intel..).
Their prices are fair. My time is valuable; hiring them freed up this valuable resource.
