Austin is great! I have had him help me on many occasions now from standard maintenance to check engine lights. I have got quotes from dealerships, and other mechanics. I like his honesty and patience when advising me about what needs to be worked on. Thanks for keeping me and the fam safe on the road good sir!

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my truck for years now that my old mechanic never fixed even after multiple attempts. Austin literally diagnosed it in seconds and fixed it in a day. He then gave my truck an inspection to let me know what I’ll need to get done in the future and didn’t pressure me into fixing it “now”. I will definitely be taking my truck to him for everything from now on.

Great customer service, dependable and trustworthy. As a woman it can be intimidating to take my car in. I felt totally safe and that Paylor treated not only my car, but treated me with respect. The mechanic gave me all my options, let me decide what I wanted to fix now and fix later, and wasn’t pushy or trying to add on a bunch of stuff that wasn’t needed.
