I had a flat tire and didn’t even realize it. I stopped by Paula Car Care Center just hoping to get some air, but they went above and beyond — they changed my tire completely and even checked out my car at no charge. These guys are truly the best. They genuinely care about people, and honesty is definitely their thing here. I worked with Cliff, who changed my tire, and Dave, the manager, was amazing too. Highly appreciate them. Good people doing great work. Highly recommend!

My husband and I both have been bringing our cars here for almost 2.5 years. Service is consistently friendly and quick and they do great work. My first visit here I thought I needed an alignment and they actually brought me back to show me what the actual issue was, which was cheaper than an alignment. They could have charged me the extra and I would have never know. The techs are always honest and fair. I've dropped off my car and sat and waited both and they always finish quickly when I drop off and prioritize my car and provide updates when I sit and wait.
