I can’t say enough good things about Paul’s Auto Repair. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free — which is exactly what you want when it comes to car repairs. Alex was absolutely awesome to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never tried to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. Paul’s is great! The staff are super welcoming and over time become family. The mechanics are also professional and always able to address the cars issues and explain what’s going on. Paul’s is also super good at working with your schedule (since they will need time to work on your car depending on what’s wrong) and even offer rides to and from the shop while your car is there with them. Pricing is flexible as you can either pay in full or do a payment plan. Either way it’s good to know they offer choices. So overall I would highly recommend! I’ve brought my car here multiple times and they have always been able to help.

There’s something to be said about employees who are truly invaluable to a business. Last summer, I left healthcare, started a tree business, and moved to Windsor. Most of my early work was done out of a Honda CR-V towing a 5x8 trailer needless to say, the car didn’t last long. When I first walked into Paul’s shop, it was packed. Phones ringing, people waiting in chairs and standing. Normally, I would’ve turned around and left.
