Pat and his colleague, Matt, provided us with a great services repairing several cracks in our chimney concrete cap, installing stainless caps on the chimneys and corrected and improved the waterproofing where the roof and chimney meet. The chimneys were also cleaned and the ash trap in the basement was emptied.
Pat also made repairs and repointed our 35+ year old front steps that need attention.
Finally, Pat is a great guy to work with and very honest and direct. Highly recommended.

Strongest recommendation possible for Pat! He removed and rebuilt my chimney with excellent workmanship, all at a reasonable price. I initially envisioned a standard red brick chimney, but Pat exceeded my expectations by using a variety of brick colors laid in a stunning geometric pattern. I'm impressed with his final result! He was professional, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The work was completed efficiently, on schedule, and the site was left clean and tidy. Pat's impressive work ethic makes him my go-to for any future masonry needs.

Pat and his team just did a great job on rebuilding the decaying top of my very tall 25+ year old chimney (~40 ft).
He was also able to handle the install of a high efficiency wood burning insert for my fireplace which included installing a new 316 stainless steel liner.
Added 2 caps that it didn't have before. One for the insert and the other into the flue going into the basement for the boiler and water heater. ...No more tragic critter remains to be found.
Also next to the chimney (and scaffolding) had a broken dryer vent exhaust cap that he was able to replace with a new one that I had purchased ...saving me the need to get a taller l...Pat and his team just did a great job on rebuilding the decaying top of my very tall 25+ year old chimney (~40 ft).

Also next to the chimney (and scaffolding) had a broken dryer vent exhaust cap that he was able to replace with a new one that I had purchased ...saving me the need to get a taller ladder and doing it myself.
He was great to deal with and easy to talk to ...keeping in mind everyone is busy and working on a bigger project like mine requires some flexibility and good weather.
Took less than 2 days to do the work. They were careful in working around the property to minimize any damage and even made me aware of some plantings that should be moved due to the positioning of the scaffold ...rather than not caring about the surroundings.
Could tell there were strong bonds with the crew ...very much like a family. Actually his father was part of the team. Pleasantly, there was no big convoluted corporate/franchise feel ...just a good home run professional business.
And of course, cost was very reasonable when compared to some other quotes ...and some others that didn't even want to consider quoting the job given the height.
Would definitely consider them first should future masonry work be needed.
Just need to now find and get a good cord of kiln dried wood to enjoy a cozy toasty winter ...and hopefully much smaller heating bills.

We searched online for a nearby Mason or chimney sweep who could clean and fix our chimney. We called Pat, and he responded promptly. Then when he and his team came by and swept our chimney, we asked him for an estimate to repair or replace our chimney, and he was honest and straightforward. We hired him on the spot after this positive experience and Pat demonstrated repeatedly that he was the right guy for the job. Pat reconstructed our chimney from the roof up in two days and gave it a new bolder look. He guaranteed his work and said if we have any problems he will come back and fix it. When all was said and done we were very happy with the price and quality of Pat’s craftmanship in fact he was so honest he gave us money back after we paid him because he overestimated the cost of the job. Needless to say we are very happy with the work of Pat and his crew. We have already begun recommending Pat to our friends and family. We will also be hiring Pat for our future masonry projects around our home.

I couldn’t be happier with my wood stove installation by Pat’s Masonry. I had started my project with another company that was totally unreliable and irresponsible. I called Pat after seeing his great reviews, and he came over the same day. The next day I had a quote from him as promised! The weather impacted time frame for install, but Pat kept me in the loop. I now have a warm cozy space! Thanks Pat
