Dave completed all of the repairs for the agreed amount & in the time allotted. I will definitely ask him to do work in the future.

Dave is super responsive and very professional. He also has a great eye and pays attention to all the details. He asks great questions and made sure he understood our needs and he more than met our expectations! We will be reaching out to Dave again in the near future for another project. I highly recommend Dave Simms with Patriot Builders!
