They were on time and very professional! They had to come back because my refrigerator/freezer needed an expensive part, but he was upfront and told me the cost of the part and labor and I thought it was very fair! They came back the next day and put the part in, and it works perfectly! They were friendly and really nice to my dogs which pleased me! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!!
Quick response and excellent work. All the techs are great to talk with and well qualified. They will be be my go to for app appliance work from now on. My issue was under counter ice machine. They require more labor but way cheaper than buying a new product.

Patriot Appliance provides excellent service. They came to work on our commercial size KitchenAid refridge/freezer last week. Diagnosed the issues, clearly communicated what needed to be done. Had parts in hand within 2 days. Came back to install and found another issue in temp sensor which was also resolved the next day. They are focused on the job and get things done. Their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely call them again for any appliance issues!
