Great experience with Patrick. Solved a problem with sourcing/adapting a mechanism for my Mid-century Modern grandfather clock. Polite, professional, trustworthy, quick turnaround and reasonably priced. Literally one of the best retail experiences I've ever had! Completely satified. Highly recommend.
