Came to fix my antique lock, took a piece out and said they would bring it back. Unfortunately they never brought it back. I called twice received response they were working on it.

11/10 the nicest down to earth people you'll meet. helped my mom get a part in for her ignition charged no extra for it. He even drove out to where we were at and got a dead car started and didn't charge me a dime. 100% recommend if you need anything key related because these people are real and honest.

I cannot begin to thank Parson's enough. Our child is a student at WKU, and had lost their keys. Parson's came out to program a new key fob, but wasn't able to that day, but came back the next available day. When the car still wouldn't start Parson's jumped the battery and didn't leave until they were sure everything was working properly. Great service, but even better people.
