Eric was the tech who came out for the service call. He called MyQ and was instrumental in getting my garage doors and driveway gates connected to MyQ. He also checked both gate electronics and mechanicals for additional PM needed.

Competent technicians, however their expertise is unfortunately overshadowed by front office incompetence. Very little attention to detail and followup going on with the office crew and parts department.
