This may be the last place on earth where the customer is king. The owner chooses to make every experience favorable. He knows vacuums, tells you straight what is needed and charges fairly for his expertise. Why go anywhere else!
I spent about a month trying to fix my vacuum by myself. I even gave up to the point that I started shopping for new vacuums, thinking that mine was just toast as it is an older model. I took it in to Park Ridge and they were great. They knew exactly what was wrong and needed to fix it and had me out the door in ten minutes. I was super impressed!! The price was well within my budget and worth my time. I don't ever write reviews unless I HATE or absolutely LOVE the service, and this place gets 5 stars in my book!
Used to bring my vacuum's in for maintenance, Moved away, tried a few places closer to my new residence. Went back today, so sorry I stayed away so long. Besides best prices, superior work, and fantastic service. I had forgotten how everytime i went there, I experienced a sense of community. My first visit was a group conversation. another time a few people being neighborly. Today was just the owner and I, chating, reflecting on current events, sharing frustrations, support, and coping skills. In a world where people rarely acknowledge each other, I wandered into a Gem of a shop, that reminded me of times gone by. Before we all felt so disco... My First Visit to Park Ridge Vacuum was a great one!! The gentleman working when I went in was the Best!! 👍 From giving me great advice on a current model I was having trouble with, to Giving me a Wonderful Deal on a New Vacuum! 😁 If your having trouble with a New/Old Vacuum, I Highly Recommend stopping in and Checking this Place out. 👌
