Parag's Glass Co.

Although I received a quote pretty quickly for our master bath remodel, it has proven impossible to have someone come out to measure the space for manufacturing and installation. I emailed several times, I've called several times, and my husband has called several times. Amy, who answers the phone, is abrasive and rude. We have taken our business elsewhere.

Parag’s was recommended by a contractor so I went straight to them. The office/shop Was easy to find and Amy at the front desk was warm and welcoming. She was so helpful and I expected a call in a few days. Lo and behold, she called my less than 24 hrs later and the job was completed. It was for glass for kitchen cabinets and they had the order in packaged and protected. I cannot say enough nice things about their Service. Highly recommend!! A++++++

I had a glass table top replaced by them. Speedy turn around and very affordable! Other companies and websites quoted me more than 3x than what Parag’s charged me. Highly recommended

Had a cracked upper pane in a single-hung window, just the outer pane, so no hurry to fix. Decided it was above my skill level so stopped in their shop one morning to get the ball rolling, Amy was great and explained everything. Lead times for glass can be weeks, but again, no hurry, and Amy kept things moving. Two visits to our home, one to make an accurate measurement and one to install the replacement glass once the glass was sorted. Install was quick and painless. Highly recommend as very easy to work with and competent.
